Director of Campaign Marketing

ABOUT THE ROLE

As A-LIGN’s Director of Campaign Marketing, your bar is higher than most. You will own all campaigns and programs to support growth and expansion of both new prospects and existing customers. You will spearhead the strategy, planning, and day-to-day execution of all email, webcast, and demand generation programs. You have a strong vision for how to segment, target, message to, and optimize marketing database programs for maximum performance. You will work closely with sales teams to identify and execute segment-based strategies, as well as inbound marketing, product marketing, content marketing and design.

You’re a top-notch execution machine, who’ll build a strategy for reaching your number and won’t stop until you’ve exceeded it. You are metrics-driven, thrive on collaboration and communication, and inspire both your team and the entire go-to-market function.

How you will make an impact:

  • Own the demand generation calendar, including email programs, webinars, 3rd-party lead generation services, and other programs
  • Manage targeted programs and messaging by segment to nurture prospects and customers in different regions and different service lines across SMB, mid-market, and enterprise
  • Develop email, webinar, and digital programs to achieve database growth and conversion objectives
  • Work with content marketing, product marketing, and sales teams to design impactful campaigns that will mature the contacts in our DB and attract new ones
  • Work with our events team to build comprehensive, full-lifecycle campaigns around the events we attend
  • Own our marketing database, developing meaningful segmentation, ensuring data quality, and implementing lead scoring, marketing automation, and lead management
  • Develop a reporting structure & KPIs to accurately measure engagement, conversion, and the impact of campaigns on pipeline, working with our sales operations and finance teams
  • Seek regular feedback through constant communication with our sales and BDR teams to tweak and improve the effectiveness of our campaigns
  • Manage a small team of individual contributors with possibility to expand team in the future
  • Implement automation and other technologies to improve marketing efficiency, visibility, and overall performance
  • Develop the strategy and ultimately implement ABM, integrated marketing campaigns, and other programs to support our growing outbound sales function

PAY CLASSIFICATION: Full-Time, Exempt  

REPORTS TO: Chief Marketing Officer

Required Skills/Experience

  • 4+ years of demand gen or growth marketing at an enterprise B2B business
  • Solid background in persona-based campaign building and execution
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills within a sales organization
  • Experience with email, marketing automation, and analytics tools
  • Excellent communication skills, along with an analytical mindset and a curious nature
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Proven problem solver that takes initiative
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, set priorities, utilize resources and meet deadlines
