IT Support Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE

The IT Support Analyst works independently and collaboratively to execute IT Department activities. In this role, you will be responsible for the execution of all types of function. As the IT Support Analyst, you will provide exceptional IT Department strategies to help continued growth of our fast-paced company. A-LIGN will depend on you as the IT Support Analyst to support management, user support, and IT inventory.  

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide support to end users on a variety of user issues.
  • Identify, research, and resolve technical problems with the Tampa Office.
  • Respond to tickets, telephone calls, email, and personnel requests for technical support.
  • Onboarding of US Employees to meet A-LIGN standards.
  • Document, track, and monitor submitted issues to ensure a timely resolution.
  • Simulate or recreate user problems to provide resolutions
  • Configure, Set Up, Wipe and Re-purpose computers for internal employees during onboarding and offboarding.
  • Pack and ship laptops.
  • Maintain accurate hardware inventory.
  • Assist and oversee office moves and office maintenance in the US Office.
  • Create and maintain knowledge base articles.
  • Complete other tasks as assigned by the IT Manager.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION

  • Associates degree in technical field or currently enrolled

EXPERIENCE

  • Good understanding in computer systems

  • Ability to adapt to changing standards and expectations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work individually as well as part of a team
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines
  • A high degree of motivation
