IT Audit Quality Review Specialist

ABOUT THE ROLE

The PCI Quality Review Specialist works as a valued member of the PCI Team while giving impetus to our commitment to quality through ongoing report review & quality assurance, maintenance, and control of standardized audit and department documents. The PCI Quality Review Specialist’s “be all in” approach will be the foundation to the A-LIGN’s universal commitment to quality, excellence, and dedication to the success of our engagements with our clients.

REPORTS TO: PCI Quality Manager 

PAY CLASSIFICATION: Full-Time

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Follow established guidelines and procedures to ensure a high quality of work
  • Attend weekly meetings to ensure the most up-to-date information regarding the PCI Reporting Templates
  • Work with managing auditors to obtain and document necessary information
  • Verify proper documents are archived to appropriate client folders on OneDrive
  • Respond to email inquiries within 24 hours
  • Utilize good time management skills
  • Perform quality review check on draft and final reports using documented QA checklists
  • Proofread and edit draft reports
  • Accompany reviews with meaningful and constructive feedback to help assessors improve their quality and performance 
  • Examine in detail current policies, processes, procedures documentation for opportunities to consolidate, simplify, and improve
  • Create new templates and update existing templates as needed
  • Research current documentation history for PCI DSS Reporting Templates, FAQs, and Guidance
  • Monitor PCI SSC AQM articles and other information from the PCI SSC
  • Assist with training of new hires in PCI Team QA practices and procedures

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION

Bachelor’s degree in English, I.T., Communications, paralegal or other relevant discipline

EXPERIENCE

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Adobe Acrobat
  • Experience with Salesforce and Microsoft Teams preferred
  • Technical writing and/or audit and audit report writing experience a plus
