Executive Assistant


The Executive Assistant to the CRO will provide high-level executive support primarily to the Chief Revenue Officer as well as the entire Sales and Marketing teams. This role should be highly organized, proactive, flexible, results-oriented, and motivated with strong judgement and critical thinking skills in order to provide the best administrative and project support to the Sales and Marketing teams. This role will provide exposure deep into the business and require a true desire to develop skills beyond the typical core EA skills.  You will be viewed as a true accountability partner making an impact both inside and outside of A-LIGN.    




  • Own day-to-day schedules of CRO and SVP of Marketing - not only scheduling meetings but also taking proactive action to shift meetings as necessary to ensure that the leaders are spending time in the right areas based on current business priorities
  • Reserve meeting space, arrange logistics, and publish agendas for all internal sales and marketing meetings
  • Manage all travel for the CRO and SVP of Marketing including air, hotel, ground transportation, etc.
  • Prepare high-quality emails, reports, and presentations, either independently or from written/verbal instructions
  • File and retrieve corporate documents, records, data, and reports in Office 365 and/or Salesforce CRM
  • Prepare expense reports, expedite, and track processing of all expense reports and ensure reconciliation of reimbursement with expense reports by maintaining copies of expense reports, receipts and reimbursement
  • Ensure seamless flow of information to the CRO and other stakeholders by taking notes, following up proactively on important deadlines, action items, and deliverables
  • Help drive timely completion of key tasks and projects
  • Identify areas of opportunity for business process improvements, make recommendations and/or establish more efficient and effective processes
  • Exercise diplomacy and collaboration with other departments to ensure all cross-functional duties are documented and on track
  • Provide support on an ad hoc basis for strategic projects and perform other duties as assigned
  • Demonstrate event/meeting planning skillset and an acute awareness of project planning



Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required


  • At least 2 years of experience with executive/administrative support
  • Experience in Sales and/or Marketing is a plus
  • Salesforce experience is a plus


  • Must be a self-starter who can set priorities and handle multiple tasks with a high level of efficiency and moderate supervision
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and strong emotional intelligence with the ability to work well within a team as well as independently, both internally and with external clients, partners, etc.
  • Polished and professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be detail oriented, high energy, organized, and punctual
  • Must have a sense of urgency around completing tasks and use strong critical thinking skills to understand current business initiatives and prioritize tasks based on business needs and any potential roadblocks
  • Must have the ability to work under pressure, handle multiple work streams simultaneously, and react to shifting priorities in a fast-paced tech environment
  • Must be able to handle highly sensitive information with discretion, integrity, sound judgement, and confidentiality
  • Ability to utilize the full capabilities of the Microsoft 365 suite including Outlook, Word, Teams, Power Point and Excel
