Marketing Campaign Operations Specialist

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a driven Campaign Operations Specialist to come and join A-LIGN’s rapidly growing business and make a meaningful impact on the marketing function. The Campaign Operations Specialist is an integral part of our team, managing our technology stack and ensuring our programs operate on time and with a high degree of quality. In this role, you’ll work with other members of the marketing team, the IT team, and the sales team to set up, operate, measure success, and optimize our marketing automation platform as well as other lead generation technologies and associated processes.

The ideal candidate is a technical enthusiast, excited about working cross-functionally to automate, optimize, and enhance our marketing tech stack and operation. You work hard, have high standards, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

PAY CLASSIFICATION: Full-Time, Exempt  

How you will make an impact:

  • Set up, build, test, and publish email campaigns as outlined in our campaign calendar, working closely with our content and design teams
  • Manage the operation of our webinar programs, ensuring a great experience for registrants across the full lifecycle of the webinar
  • Work with our website team to operate an effective chatbot experience that engages site visitors
  • Build, test, and measure the effectiveness of registration pages and forms, working closely with our website team to conduct A/B tests
  • Analyze the results of our campaign operations to recommend improvements and optimizations that drive business results
  • Implement and manage lead scoring, attribution, and other techniques to improve the quality of our marketing data
  • Work closely with our CRM team to test new products and enhancements, and to ensure the smooth integration of marketing tech stack with the rest of the business
  • Manage our marketing database including list acquisition, list loads, segmentation, and privacy
  • Manage all assets behind forms to ensure version control and appropriate naming structure
  • Ensure the timely execution and high degree of quality for all program activities
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical and/or operational issues as needed

Required Skills/Experience:

  • 2 years of experience in campaign operations, marketing operations, or a similar role in a B2B business
  • Experience email HTML/CSS and registration page/form creation software
  • Experience with Salesforce and marketing automation software. Pardot and ZoomInfo is a plus
  • Proactive, self-directed, strategic thinker able to implement complex workflows and projects
  • Ability to analyze data, define metrics, and build reports
  • Strong structured, process driven mindset, with a focus on building for scale
  • Aware of and interested in the current state-of-the-art for marketing operations, email, webinar, forms and other industry knowledge, best practices, and trends
  • Thinks creatively to determine how to streamline processes and improve overall business efficiency
