About the Role  

The Associate Director of Strategic Programs is responsible for owning and driving cross-functional strategic and operational initiatives to completion. In this role, you will partner with Executives and business leaders to support and deliver key initiatives across the organization, including value creation projects and other operational priorities.

Strategic Programs Execution

  • Partner with business leaders to scope, prioritize, and execute A-LIGN’s strategic growth initiatives
  • Translate company priorities into clear roadmaps, milestones, KPIs, and expected outcomes
  • Establish program governance, decision rights, leadership cadences, and escalation paths
  • Develop business cases, scenario models, and benefits analyses to support key decisions
  • Lead new capabilities, lines of business, and operating processes from initial design through implementation and transition to functional ownership

AI Transformation & Adoption  

  • Identify and evaluate opportunities to use AI to improve productivity, efficiency, and business outcomes
  • Lead discovery sessions to understand workflows, pain points, and practical AI use cases
  • Coordinate AI pilots and implementations across business units and measure results
  • Support adoption by documenting and sharing effective practices, lessons learned, and successful use cases

Executive Operations & Reporting

Minimum Qualifications  

EDUCATION  

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or other relevant fields
  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred    

EXPERIENCE  

  • 5 to 7 years’ experience in program management or strategic planning, preferably with a foundation in management consulting (e.g., Big 4, BCG, McKinsey, or equivalent)
  • 2+ years’ operating experience in a corporate or PE-backed environment
  • Track record of leading complex, cross-functional programs from scoping through measurable outcomes
  • Experience producing board-level materials and operating in a metrics-driven environment
  • Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and data analysis tools

  • Own end-to-end execution of paid media programs across key demand channels, including paid search, paid social, display, retargeting, and content syndication — optimizing each for brand visibility and pipeline contribution
  • Analyze campaign and pipeline performance on a regular basis, identifying trends, gaps, and optimization opportunities; present findings and recommendations to marketing leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Manage a multi-million dollar demand generation budget; track spend pacing, reallocate investment toward higher-performing channels, and maintain accountability to pipeline targets
  • Test and evaluate emerging or underutilized channels — including podcast sponsorships, newsletters, virtual events, and third-party lead programs — to identify incremental pipeline opportunities
  • Maintain a structured testing cadence across creative, messaging, audience segments, and landing page experiences to drive continuous performance improvement
  • Partner with GTM Operations to ensure proper lead routing, attribution tracking, and CRM hygiene

Minimum Qualifications 

EDUCATION 

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, advertising, or other relevant field

EXPERIENCE 

  • 3+ years of B2B demand generation or digital marketing experience
  • Hands-on experience managing search ads, social ads, and other paid media channels both in-house and through agency partners
  • Proficiency in Salesforce for pipeline tracking and reporting; experience with a marketing automation platform such as Pardot
  • Comfort managing a multi-million dollar advertising budget, including spend tracking and channel-level reallocation decisions
  • Exposure to the cybersecurity, compliance, or professional services industry is a plus

  • Execute SOC 1, SOC 2, SOC 3, and other engagements, under the direction of a Senior Consultant and a member of the management team 
  • Create agendas 
  • Participate in client meetings and foster client relationships through proactive and positive communication 
  • Perform audit testing under the direction of a Senior Consultant or the management team 
  • Communicate effectively with the client, prior to, during, and post on-site visit 
  • Review the manager’s planning meeting minutes and prepare as appropriate for internal and  external meetings 
  • Gather evidence and review

  • Provide draft leadsheets to management for review within defined timelines

Minimum Qualifications 

EDUCATION

Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs, define role requirements, and guide hiring decisions through a talent advisor approach
  • Assist in developing scorecards that define key responsibilities, competencies, and success criteria
  • Attract and engage candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and other sourcing channels
  • Review applications and manage candidate pipelines on a scheduled cadence
  • Manage requisitions within the applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring accurate and timely documentation of recruiting activity
  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition Coordinator to schedule and facilitate interviews
  • Apply behavioral interviewing techniques and provide recommendations regarding applicant consideration and selection
  • Provide recruiting updates and facilitate post-interview debriefs with hiring teams
  • Utilize recruiting technologies and tools to support sourcing, reporting, and process efficiency
  • Maintain close communication with HR partners and practice leaders on all hiring needs

Minimum Qualifications

EDUCATION

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or other field 

EXPERIENCE

  • 2-5 years of full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience
  • Managing multiple requisitions in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Partnering with hiring managers to define hiring needs, selection criteria, and interview processes
  • Sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, job boards, and other recruiting channels
  • Screening, interviewing, and presenting qualified candidates to hiring teams
  • Utilizing an ATS to manage recruiting activity, candidate pipelines, and reporting; Workday or Greenhouse preferred
  • Building candidate pipelines and supporting recruiting process improvements
