About The Role

At A-LIGN, we are seeking a driven and strategic New Logo Account Executive to join our high-performing sales team. This role is focused on identifying, engaging, and closing new enterprise-level clients, helping to expand A-LIGN’s footprint in the cybersecurity and compliance space. Responsibilities 

  • Identify and pursue new enterprise business opportunities across targeted industries and regions.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive net new pipeline growth and achieve revenue targets.

  • Master’s degree is a plus.

EXPERIENCE

  • Subject matter expertise in the CMMC standard.
  • 8+ years active experience in cybersecurity, compliance, or regulatory affairs with strong exposure to defense contracting and government frameworks.

About the Role 

As a Federal Staff Consultant, you will primarily focus on conducting FISMA and FedRAMP assessments. As a new member of A-LIGN, you will have the opportunity to complete our federal audit training program, which is our own proprietary course that will enable you to be on your way to becoming a SME in the federal audit space. During training, you will review all areas related to federal assessments such as NIST 800-53 and FISMA, but with a particular emphasis on gaining expertise in FedRAMP audits as a 3PAO Assessor.

The IT Auditor specializing in ISO will have responsibilities that include conducting ISO assessments alongside other client facing services. About the Role

As a Project Specialist you will be working with a team of highly skilled and experienced Service Delivery managers and consultants. Project Specialists function as the primary resource for the scheduling and staffing projects for your assigned service line. As a Project Specialist your primary focus will be to serve the team by ensuring that projects are staffed correctly and stay on track. Reporting Specialist

About The Role

As a Reporting Specialist, you will provide high-level operations support to the service delivery organization by working to assemble, format, and review time-sensitive and highly technical reports. The ability to utilize Microsoft Word at an expert level, to assemble and format the reports, at established industry standards and following internal policies and procedures is critical. In this role, you will work closely with the Quality Review Specialist team to ensure that all information within the reports is accurate. You will also have regular discussions with managing auditors on report formats and content, to ensure that documentation is complete and accurate. Reporting is a critical component of the firm’s service offerings and is the final product that is ultimately sent to our clients. 

Reports To: Manager of Reporting and QA

Pay Classification: Full-Time

Responsibilities

  • Follow established guidelines and procedures to ensure a high quality of work 
  • Work with managing auditors to obtain and document necessary information 
  • Upload all documents to the proper client folder on OneDrive 
  • Respond to email inquiries within 24 hours 
  • Utilize good time management – meeting tight deadlines are crucial (24-48 hour turn around on reports) 
  • Execute requests from managing auditors in a timely manner 
  • Create draft reports and/or proofread and edit final reports 
  • Deliver completed draft and final reports to the Quality Assurance Team for review 
  • Format tables and documents 
  • Enter all draft report and final report requests into the reporting database 
  • Create any new procedures and edit and update existing procedures 
  • Create new templates and update existing templates as needed 
  • Train new hires in all practices and procedures 

Minimum Qualifications

EDUCATION      

Preferred bachelor’s degree in Business, English, or Journalism

Senior IT Auditor – SOC

About the Role 

As a Senior Consultant, your responsibilities will include standard project execution and client service activities, focused on IT compliance assessments (e.g., SOC 2 and ISO engagements).

You will have the opportunity to gain project experience with clients ranging from start-ups to enterprises, across a variety of industries. As an added benefit, A-LIGN does not require Delivery Consultants to report time or sell work!  

Reports to: Delivery Manager and Senior Manager

Pay Classification: Full-Time

Responsibilities 

  • Plan and execute various IT compliance assessments (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001, and other similar engagements), under the direction of a member of the management team
  • Perform IT compliance testing for various IT compliance assessments, under the direction of a member of the management team 
  • Create agendas for IT compliance assessments
  • Perform IT compliance testing under the direction of the management team 
  • Communicate effectively to the management team, prior to, during, and post fieldwork (i.e., testing phase)
  • Review manager’s planning meeting minutes, and prepare as appropriate for meetings 
  • Prepare testing lead sheets throughout the project 
  • Review evidence uploaded by the client for appropriateness
  • Provide feedback regarding appropriateness of evidence uploaded by the client
  • Provide detailed project status reports weekly to management 
  • Organize client information on A-LIGN’s Shared Drive 
  • Proactively communicate any potential issues to the management team

Minimum Qualifications

EXPERIENCE 

  • At least 3 years of experience in IT audit, preferably with the Big 4 or a mid-tier audit/consulting firm
  • Knowledge of various IT compliance standards including SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI
  • Experience using Microsoft Office suite including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel

About the Role 

As the VP of Demand Generation, you will be responsible for creating and executing a comprehensive, scalable demand generation engine that fuels pipeline growth, supports revenue goals, and builds brand authority. This role will own the strategy and performance of all digital marketing, paid media, content syndication, email nurture, ABM, SEO/SEM, and event-driven demand initiatives.

You will lead a high-performing team and collaborate closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and RevOps to align strategies and ensure end-to-end funnel performance and optimization.

Reports to: Executive Vice President of Marketing

Pay Classification: Full-Time, Exempt

Responsibilities

•    Develop and execute a multi-channel global demand generation strategy to drive qualified pipeline for our sales organization.
•    Develop and optimize a comprehensive demand generation strategy that aligns with A-LIGN’s business goals and growth objectives.
•    Drive cross-functional go-to-market (GTM) alignment across marketing, sales, business development, and digital channels.
•    Lead integrated campaign execution across email marketing, website, paid search, paid social, BDR outreach, events, and more.
•    Maintain a strong bias for action—prioritize execution and results across all initiatives.
•    Identify and resolve operational blockers, manage cross-team dependencies, and foster collaboration across stakeholders.
•    Leverage a strong analytical and technical foundation to inform strategy—proficiency in tools such as Excel, Salesforce, Salesloft/Outreach, website analytics, and Clay is preferred.
•    Champion a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement through A/B testing and performance analysis.
•    Own and manage the demand generation budget—make data-driven recommendations and reallocate spend to maximize ROI.

Minimum Qualifications

EDUCATION 

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or relevant field required 

EXPERIENCE

  • 10+ years of B2B marketing experience with at least 5 years in a senior demand generation leadership role, preferably in cybersecurity, SaaS, or IT services.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling high-performing demand generation programs that directly drive revenue growth.
  • Deep understanding of funnel metrics, attribution models, lead scoring, and full-funnel optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms and CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce).
  • Strong leadership and people management skills with a passion for team development.
  • Data-driven decision maker with a bias for action and experimentation.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
