Tony serves as Vice President, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary at A-LIGN, where he leads global legal operations, corporate governance, privacy, and enterprise risk for the high growth cybersecurity and compliance organization. As a strategic business partner to the executive team, Tony supports commercial acceleration, international expansion, and complex transactions including mergers and acquisitions and cross border market entry.

His team oversees regulatory compliance and privacy across jurisdictions including the United States, Europe, Panama, and India, ensuring the company scales responsibly while maintaining client trust and investor confidence. Tony brings a practical, business-first approach to legal strategy, integrating risk awareness with enablement to unlock revenue growth, drive operational efficiency, and support A-LIGN’s global momentum.
