Milestone comes during a year of global expansion, record bookings growth, and national workplace recognition

The milestone reflects a year of significant growth for A-LIGN, with the company experiencing over 50% annual compounded growth over the last 16 years. This year the company opened a new London office to meet demand for compliance across EMEA, following a sharp rise in customer and partner growth in the region. New customer bookings grew 45% year-over-year, while existing customer bookings rose 60%, the latest signal of the momentum driving A-LIGN’s global expansion.

The company’s growth extended to its workforce and culture. A-LIGN hired 256 new employees in 2025, growing its total headcount to more than 750, and was named a 2026 USA Today Best Workplace and a Tampa Bay Times Top Workplace showcasing recognition of company culture across its Florida-based and growing remote teams.
