  • Identifying high potential business verticals to develop and execute outbound sales strategies to engage them with A-LIGN

  • Effectively managing your sales pipeline and deals, utilizing our sales process and playbook 
  • Turning inbound demand into closed new business to meet and exceed targets

As the Campus Recruiter, you will work with A-LIGN’s Talent Acquisition Team and Service Delivery Division to meet our campus recruiting goals. You will be responsible for the execution and oversight of the campus recruiting program, which includes global full-time and intern hires. You will lead the recruiting efforts within the United States and Panama, and support other global locations as needed. Your responsibilities will include project management, liaising with university representatives, coordinating employee participation in career fairs, speaking engagements, screening candidates, extending offers, and tracking candidate data.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the point of contact with university representatives and internal stakeholders
  • Coordinate and lead participation in career fairs, campus speaking engagements, and webinars
  • Develop candidate profiles, interview plans, and hiring goals in partnership with Service Delivery leaders
  • Lead kickoff and debrief meetings with all stakeholders
  • Strategize on avenues to increase employer branding and new collateral for TA, in conjunction with our Marketing Department

About the Role

Senior Consultants are leaders in NIST cybersecurity framework who bring deep knowledge of client engagement and practice management. Using your strong experience with NIST you will support and lead teams to perform assessments for cloud computing technologies in meeting federal compliance.

This role is specific to assessors familiar with the DOD Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC), and are certified to perform CMMC assessments either as a CMMC Certified Professional or CMMC Certified Assessor.

As a CMMC Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for supporting and/or leading client engagements, assigning work, reviewing team contributions, and assuring quality reports are provided. You will conduct engagements through the management of standard project execution, client service activities, and staff consultants. In addition to mentoring junior level staff, you will have the opportunity to provide input on methodology development, technical assessment strategy, and engagement planning for A-LIGN’s service offerings as a technical SME. Minimum Qualifications

EDUCATION

EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in information security or compliance, with strong NIST 800-171 experience 
  • Demonstrated knowledge of NIST publications, such as: NIST SP 800-30 rev 1, 800-37 rev 1 or 2, 800-53 rev 4, 800-53A rev 4, 800-60 Vol 1 & 2 rev 1, and 800-171 rev 1 
  • Experience with government compliance, including FISMA, FedRAMP, RMF, and CSF preferred

CERTIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in a technical support role, ideally in a fast-paced environment supporting a technical product.
  • Experience using technical support ticketing systems, such as Zendesk.

The Director of Alliances, UK will be responsible for developing the channel program and managing channel relationships while driving incremental business through the channel programs for A-LIGN. In this role you will be responsible for achieving profitability, sales, partner satisfaction, and recruitment objectives from development of a successful channel program.

Responsibilities 

  • Successfully develop a channel program using industry best practices and personal knowledge
  • Successfully develop a criterion for channels deserving focus
  • Successfully assess the market and prioritizes the top channels for focus 
  • Successfully recruit targeted alliance partners into the A-LIGN Program
  • Successfully enable channel partners, work with A-LIGN Marketing to engage channel partner, create launch plan and measure results
  • Ensure newly recruited channel partners are revenue generating and growing incremental business for A-LIGN
  • Work with A-LIGN sales to engage with Alliance partners to drive rapport and add to A-LIGN sales pipelines
  • Conduct Quarterly Business Plan review with channel partners to ensure milestones are being met and partnership is mutually beneficial to both parties
  • Build up channel partner practice, at authorized A-LIGN distributors, to leverage their partner base to grow A-LIGN sales
  • Act as point of contact for channel partners and a resource to help them grow their business
  • Establish productive and professional business relationships with key personnel in assigned channel partner accounts
  • Meet assigned targets and objectives by driving profitable sales volume through strategic partnerships in assigned accounts
  • Enforce partner engagement accountability via Salesforce activity logging
  • Proactively assess, clarify, and validate partner(s) needs on an ongoing basis
  • Manages potential channel conflict through excellent communication internally and externally and through strict adherence to channel rules of engagement
  • Ensures partner compliance with partner agreements
  • Sets and meets quarterly recruitment targets for new channel partners into the A-LIGN Program
  • Channel partners report a high satisfaction rate with A-LIGN and their enablement on our products, pitch, and program
  • Ensure newly recruited and onboarded channel partners are producing revenue in less than one quarter
  • Update Salesforce hygiene on channel partner account statuses
  • Create Partner Portal for channel partners
  • Initiate and complete training and development objectives, including demos, within the assigned accounts and required time frame
  • Provide weekly activity reviews highlighting performance to plan results and plans to close any gaps
  • Enlists the support of sales specialists, implementation resources, service resources, and other sales and management resources as needed

Minimum Qualifications 

EDUCATION 

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution preferred 

EXPERIENCE 

  • At least 5 years of channel sales experience, in a business-to-business sales environment within the information security or information technology sectors

About the Role 

As the VP of Demand Generation, you will be responsible for creating and executing a comprehensive, scalable demand generation engine that fuels pipeline growth, supports revenue goals, and builds brand authority. This role will own the strategy and performance of all digital marketing, paid media, content syndication, email nurture, ABM, SEO/SEM, and event-driven demand initiatives.

You will lead a high-performing team and collaborate closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and RevOps to align strategies and ensure end-to-end funnel performance and optimization.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a multi-channel global demand generation strategy to drive qualified pipeline for our sales organization.
  • Develop and optimize a comprehensive demand generation strategy that aligns with A-LIGN’s business goals and growth objectives.
  • Drive cross-functional go-to-market (GTM) alignment across marketing, sales, business development, and digital channels.
  • Lead integrated campaign execution across email marketing, website, paid search, paid social, BDR outreach, events, and more.
  • Maintain a strong bias for action—prioritize execution and results across all initiatives.
  • Identify and resolve operational blockers, manage cross-team dependencies, and foster collaboration across stakeholders.
  • Leverage a strong analytical and technical foundation to inform strategy—proficiency in tools such as Excel, Salesforce, Salesloft/Outreach, website analytics, and Clay is preferred.
  • Champion a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement through A/B testing and performance analysis.
  • Own and manage the demand generation budget—make data-driven recommendations and reallocate spend to maximize ROI.

Minimum Qualifications

EDUCATION 

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or relevant field required 

EXPERIENCE

  • 10+ years of B2B marketing experience with at least 5 years in a senior demand generation leadership role, preferably in cybersecurity, SaaS, or IT services.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling high-performing demand generation programs that directly drive revenue growth.
  • Deep understanding of funnel metrics, attribution models, lead scoring, and full-funnel optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms and CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce).
  • Strong leadership and people management skills with a passion for team development.
  • Data-driven decision maker with a bias for action and experimentation.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
