As Chief Human Resources Officer at A-LIGN, Jelena Brown brings a blend of HR strategy, talent management, and organizational transformation. She boasts a proven track record of helping organizations scale, in addition to developing and leading teams to deliver results in global, fast-paced, growth-oriented environments. 

Before joining A-LIGN, Brown served as the Chief Talent Officer at LogicSource Inc., a procurement services and technology company, where she was responsible for driving talent acquisition strategy, talent and performance management, total rewards and workforce analytics, and implementing best practices around organizational capability. Prior to LogicSource, Brown spent over a decade at a global accounting and management consulting firm, Deloitte, in an ascending series of leadership roles before becoming a Talent Development Leader for the Audit and Assurance business line. 

Jelena resides in Trumbull, CT with her husband and two children. Born and raised in Serbia, she moved to the United States to play basketball. In her free time, she competes in triathlons.
