ABOUT STEVEN

Steven Ferretti is a seasoned software executive who has built his career scaling engineering departments at startups and Fortune 500 companies. He has spent that last decade building and leading teams to produce groundbreaking products in cyber security, banking, ed tech, defense, and ad tech. As SVP of Engineering & Data Innovation at A-LIGN, he oversees all software engineering and data initiatives. 

During his tenure at A-LIGN, Steven has served as VP of Engineering & Data Innovation, VP of Engineering, Principal Software Architect, and Senior Software Architect of A-SCEND, where he was the first engineer on the application that now drives the company’s future. Before A-LIGN, Steven held engineering and leadership positions at many reputable companies, including Nielsen, Bank OZK, Lockheed Martin, and Focus School Software.
