Steven Ferretti

Steven Ferretti is Chief Product & Technology Officer at A-LIGN, where he leads the company’s Product, Engineering, IT, and Salesforce organizations and heads the Office of AI Excellence, bringing applied AI across the business in a way that is secure, scalable, and cohesive. 

Steven spearheaded A-SCEND, A-LIGN’s proprietary audit management platform, from its first release to the market leader it is today, and built the powerhouse team behind it. What began as A-LIGN’s vision became a game-changing platform that has propelled the company through multiple rounds of private equity. Along the way he rose from Senior Software Architect to VP of Engineering, SVP of Engineering & Data Innovation, and now Chief Product and Technology Officer, assembling the product, engineering, and applied AI teams driving the company forward. 

Steven remains a hands-on technologist. He led one of the first engineering teams to ship a Gemini-powered application to production, spoke on the main stage at Google Cloud Live on pragmatic AI, and built an AI-driven development pipeline that now produces more than half of A-LIGN’s pull requests. He has also guided A-LIGN through multiple technical acquisitions. 

Before A-LIGN, Steven built highly scalable, data-intensive systems at Nielsen, Bank OZK, Lockheed Martin, and Focus School Software, from cloud platforms handling billions of daily transactions to quantitative analytics engines for high-value loan portfolios.
