The appointments strengthen A-LIGN’s enterprise go-to-market organization as the company scales to meet accelerating demand for cybersecurity compliance solutions. 

The hires follow a record quarter for A-LIGN, which delivered 150% new-logo growth, 75% growth in new business and expansion bookings, and a 105% increase in new enterprise customers.

Brian Tolloty, who will lead the global sales organization, is a sales executive with two decades of enterprise B2B sales leadership in cybersecurity and risk/compliance software. He previously served as Vice President, Americas Sales at Archer Integrated Risk Management, leading the company’s North and South America sales organization. Before Archer, he held senior sales leadership roles at A10 Networks and SecureWorks.  

Matt Cappello has over 15 years of enterprise cybersecurity sales leadership, specializing in vulnerability management, penetration testing, and managed detection & response. He led the sales organization as Vice President, North America Sales at Synack. Before Synack, he spent over a decade at Rapid7, building and leading regional sales teams focused on federal, enterprise, and named-account business.
